Hornets Sting Panthers in ODAC Match

FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College fell 3-0 at home against the University of Lynchburg in and Old Dominion Athletic Conference women's soccer game.

Ferrum (7-5-1, 3-3 ODAC)
Lynchburg (8-3-1, 4-1 ODAC)

THE BASICS
The Hornets wasted no time when Emily Sanchez found the back of the net off of a Natalya Rodriguez pass in the sixth minute of the first half. Amanda Wigboldy opened the second half open when she scored her first goal from Emily Santana. Dana Seavey fed Wigboldy her second goal of the night in the 75th minute of play. Cailtin Dorsch played all 90 minutes in the net posting one save for Lynchburg. Taylor Dodson and Abbey Hayes played 45 minutes a piece in net for the Panthers posting five saves combined.
